Damaged Delivery Receipt Instructions:
If damage is evident upon delivery, customers must refuse the freight keeping appropriate proof of arrival with damage. If they do accept the freight, then clearly mark the delivery receipt with D or Damaged to document the condition of the freight. Acceptance of damaged freight without proper documentation may complicate or void the claims process.
Any in-stock order canceled before item shipment will be accepted. Let us know in advance. A 10% cancellation fee is applicable. We will refund the balance to your bank account within 14 business days.
Yes, unfortunately, we do not offer a return for change of mind on mattresses or demo item sales.
Any broken/damaged parts will be replaced with new parts. Processing time may take up to 7 to 15 business days. We perform pre-checks before shipping. If damage occurs during shipment, we can claim from insurance. If you notice damage at delivery, please notify the shipping acceptance notes and inform us within 24 hours with proof. Include pictures of both the package and product damage. Without evidence, Hurry Guru is not responsible for the insurance claim. Replacement parts will be offered at a discounted price.
Change of mind is acceptable within 10 days of receiving the product. Items must be packed in the original packaging and in good condition. After checking the returned product, we will issue a refund based on its condition. Refunds are processed excluding a 10% restocking fee and the shipping charges. Refunds are processed within 14 business days.
We offer a 2-year structural warranty with terms and conditions. If the item is damaged during installation due to improper procedures, the customer is responsible for repair costs. We can arrange a service technician. If not repairable, the customer must pay for replacement parts, which will be provided at discounted rates.
If any boxes are damaged, take pictures and mention the damage next to your delivery signature. Submit damage pictures within 24 hours of receiving the items.
Without notification and proof within 24 hours, we cannot claim from the transport company. If this condition is not met, the customer must pay for replacement parts. Shipping companies require appeals within 7 days of delivery.
Replacement parts are sent free of charge, subject to stock availability. Shipment is organized within 3 working days. If out of stock, parts may arrive from overseas within 12 weeks.
If you’re disappointed or dissatisfied with your order, please allow us to resolve the issue before initiating a dispute or leaving feedback. Your satisfaction is very important to us.
Pre-orders can be canceled before the item is shipped from overseas with a 10% cancellation fee. If the item is manufactured and shipped, only a 50% refund will be provided within 14 business days. If shipment is delayed by over 6 months, a full refund will be provided.
If you wish to cancel an order, notify us before shipment. Orders are processed within one business day. Full refund will be provided if canceled before dispatch.
Furniture X reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason. Notification will be sent via email or phone. If payment was made, a full refund will be issued.
Furniture X ships Australia-wide. Please note, carriers do not deliver furniture and large items to PO boxes. Use a full street address to avoid delays.
All in-stock items are dispatched within 2 business days. If not available immediately, the estimated dispatch date is shown on the product page. We will notify you via email when the product is ready for dispatch.
Standard deliveries occur Monday to Friday, during normal business hours, excluding public holidays.

Items over 25 kg will be delivered to the ground floor at your door. 80% of our products exceed this weight. Please make arrangements in advance.
