Is that this company is legit?

Furniture X  is a legal company registered in Australia our registered company name Virtua Imports Pty Ltd. ABN- 79 636 892 245. We are a genuine company registered for GST payments.

We have over 20 different items with Free Delivery. Other heavy furniture items start at only $60.00, while bulky items, like furniture, cost is depending on your state. Delivery prices will show on checkout

No. Currently we only ship within Australia.

Suitable thickness is 15 to 24 cm can fit inside the bed frame.

All items have a tracking number. If you add your mobile number during ordering you will receive tracking updates and day of delivery to your mobile number and email.

The item is shipped via Australia Post, TNT Express or Allied Express, according to the size and weight of the item. A tracking number will also be sent to your email / mobile phone after dispatch.

Please note that we can only cancel your order if the item has not been dispatched from our warehouse. As we operate a fast and same day dispatching for the customers in Sydney, If for unfortunate situations if the item in shipping we deduct the return charges from the customer payment.

The estimated delivery time frames are:

For Customers in NSW, approximately 1-2 working days;

For customers in VIC, approximately 3 - 5 working days;

For customers in NSW, SA, ACT, approximately 4 - 8 working days;

For customers in QLD, NT, WA and TAS, approximately 7 - 10 working days.

NOTE:

We are unable to guarantee a delivery on any specific dates or times, you have to understand that we not have any controls on the shipping company. Due to some reason it might delay we will touch base with the shipping company to get the item delivered on time.

Most items will be dispatched within 1-2 days Business days (Monday to Friday). If the customer resided in Sydney Metro area we will organize the weekend delivery.

Tracking information will be emailed to you. 

Note:

Please make sure your delivery address is correct. Once your order has been sent we are unable to change the delivery address. It will be your responsibility to contact the courier of the error plus any costs for your item to be pay by the customer.
